The Washington Township Supervisors on Monday, May 20, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., will hold two public hearings at the Washington Township Municipal Building, 11798 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, to consider the following matters:

CU24-001: Application by Biser Farm Properties, LLC for a Conditional Use to operate a venue for parties, reunions, and weddings on their property. The applicant is requesting the approval of this Conditional Use in accordance with Section 360-62(L) of the Code of Washington Township. This property is located in the Agricultural (A) Zoning District at 13716 Welty Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268.

CU24-002: Application by Ronnie Martin for a Conditional Use to construct single-family semidetached dwellings (duplexes). The applicant is requesting the approval of this Conditional Use in accordance with Section 360-66(F) of the Code of Washington Township. This property is located in the Low Density Residential (R-1) Zoning District at 10562 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, PA 17268.

The Washington Township Supervisors on Monday, May 20, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at the Washington Township Municipal Building, 11798 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, instead of at the previously advertised time of 1:30 p.m.

Sealed proposals will be received by Washington Township Supervisors at 11798 Buchanan Trail East, Waynesboro, PA 17268, until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024, for the following:

1. 18,153 SY +/- Double Application Bituminous Seal Coat using CRS-2P and #8 aggregate as per PennDOT publication 408, Section 470.
2. 18,153 SY +/- Polymer Modified Cationic Emulsion Fog Seal per PennDOT publication 408, Section 472.

See bid proposal package for all specifics. Bid packages are available at the Washington Township Office or from the Township website at www.washtwpfranklin.org/Home/Bids.

Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.

*The bid must be accompanied by a bank check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality.

The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
